At Pave Milano is cosy and tasty just like at home. Here you will feel yourself as if you’re having breakfast at your friends’ place. Varied furniture, simple wooden tables, jars with cereal and jams on shields and the smell of the freshly baked pastry. Even Italian bellas, who are always dieting, will not resist Pave Milano’s homemade cookies. I always buy their take-away energy bars – tasty and healthy snacks, perfect for lunch.
2. Mint Garden Cafè

Have you ever had your breakfast in a greenhouse? No? Then you should visit this café as soon as possible! Mint Garden Café is a small pretty place where every single horizontal surface is covered with flowers, pods and vases… It feels like tables are placed right in the garden - all because of fresh flowery smells which surround you. By the way, flowers here are on sale. For breakfast they offer fresh fruits, crusty toasts, cheese and tarts.
3. Ottimomassimo

Green floor, a tree in the middle of the main hall, patterns made from leaves on the windows… Ottimomassimo is another café in Milan with a spirit of nature. This place is famous around the city for their signature paninis and sandwiches, there are more than a dozen of options in menu with various types of bread and fillings. Also the place offers take-away smoothie and fruit salad.
4. God Save The Food

In this designer café Italian fashion youth gather and discuss all the latest gossips. The place itself is bright, clean, with high ceilings and laconic decorations. You can’t call the place cosy, but it is definitely stylish. Breakfasts here are various and very filling: delicious hash browns, tasty beagles, and eggs cooked in all possible variations.
5. L'OV Milano

This café is one of the most stylish in all of Milan. It may seem a little bit dark from the first glimpse, however, if you give yourself some time and sit at table in the corner with a cup of delicious cappuccino, trust us, you’ll feel like home. Also, the chief here can cook toasts with fried eggs and bacon, which are so delicious they are even better than my mom’s.
