Nataly Osmann

We've drived through almost all of the country (well, probably, drive - that's rather overstated, to be more precise, we flew on a hot-air balloon, climbed in mountains on donkeys, crossed the desert on camels, were slipping in off-road cars and were going on feet).

The first place we found ourselves is the capital of Jordan - the city of Amman. On the first day, we went to the top place of interest - Amman Citadel - the historical site for Greek, Rome and Osman Empires! We've taken some photos there, in different MaYa dresses.

The legendary Rose-Pink City of Petra. It's considered as one of the World Wonders. We've been there twice - at night and by day. Sensations - as if you were dreaming or playing in an adventure movie. By the way, one of the Indiana Jones episode was shoot there.

We've taken two shots there. One - near The Treasury - the most popular place, where there are always many tourists and locals. The second - near the monastery, also cut out in the rock, but to reach it, you have to walk some kilometers and then go 800 steps up the mountain, that periodically pass on the very edge. The dress was of an exceptional beauty and accordingly to the local measures it was quite low-cut. That's why, five minutes later the police came to us with a request to cover my naked back.

Wadi Rum desert. We were specially going there to see the Bedouins life, to enjoy the Pillars of Wisdom and to try to catch the wind. We,ve taken many photos, but only this was published. We spent some nights just in these tents: inexpressible feelings! At night, we were sitting by the fire, drinking tea from metal cups - probably one of the tastiest tea in my life.

Wadi Rum desert. 6 hours in the morning, and we were already flying in the hot-air balloon. Feeling the wind on our faces, the thoughts of sleep stayed on the ground, and we were again in the air. That was not my first flight in a balloon, but, it seems, the most memorable, because it was my first time I met the dawn like that. It was difficult to take a photo: we nearly had to bend overboard, to stretch hands.

It was a trip, where we tried to slightly open and understand the eastern country with its thousand-year history, with its historical places of Greek, Rome and Byzantine Empires... with the place of Prophet Moses death. With the place where Jesus lived. And with all its forgotten places and ones that were reopened for tourists.

Where are we right now?
