In March, there’s a chance to catch the amazing awakening of nature in Europe with an abundance of sunlight and birds singing. Murad and I managed to make it to Italy, specifically Milan and Florence, on time for this magical time. It was an incredibly romantic adventure.

Milan, absolutely crazy and crowded during the Fashion Week, seems incredibly calm: streets have fewer people and everything is moving in a slow place. The first thing Murad and I did, when we came to Milan was a tea party at the rooftop of Duomo. It was our little dream that came true [CS1]. Just drinking tea and looking at people below and the amazing architecture of the historical center around the main cathedral of Milan – now that is a perfect morning!

That was only the beginninh of our great vacation. Peutery – our old friends – organized a great tour of the city for us on Vespa scooters. His year, the two brands created a capsule collection as part of the Milan Design Week, specifically for lovers of Italian motorcycles, and we tried them out first hand.

The presentation took place at the Peuterey Boutique, where guests were greeted with a unique installation – a box with a Vespa scooter inside and a big screen behind it, which showed pictures of different cities with a wind machine. Now that’s romantic! Every person who dreamed of a road trip through Europe could dive into the atmosphere, even if just for a few minutes.

The main goal of our trip was Florence. We have been there twice over the past year, but culdn;t fully enjoy the city. This time, we walked through narrow streets, took #FollowMeTo photos, and ate ice cream. For a few hours, it seemed like time had stopped while we were enjoying the scenery. The city has retained its historical authenticity to such a degree that you start believing in the existence of the time machine. We advise you to visit the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, the street near the Uffizi and the Ponte Vecchio Bridge.

Where are we right now?
